Tooling Manager:

1) Ensures technical availability of production equipments

2) Develops, optimizes and executes preventive and predictive maintenance planning for production equipments and tools at the lowest cost; increases efficiency of equipment and extends the useful life of capital equipment

3) Responsible for the supply of required spare parts

4) Supports the setup and launch of new production equipments

5) Develops and executes effective Total Productive Maintenance programs and guidelines

6) Drives continuous improvement through implementation of BOSLE principles and best practices

7) Ensures that planned KPIs are met or exceeded

8) Coordinates the assignment of service provider

9) Responsible for the final approval and technical release of production and test equipment in cooperation with ME

10) Initializes and implements investment projects

11) Prepares budgets and approves expenditures for operating supplies, and human resources, to ensure that

materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet maintenance targets

12) Enforces and follows safety procedures within the maintenance organization being attentive to unsafe

behaviors or conditions, and taking necessary corrective actions

13) Prepares maintenance reports and personnel training/performance records

14) Promotes a respectful work environment and recruits, develops and retains human resources to maintain a qualified, motivated and productive workforce. Leads by example and lives up to Benteler’s mission, values and global leadership principles. Uses standard HR tools e.g. the appraisal process to provide regular feedback and agree upon tasks and goals with respective employees

TOM:

1) Ensures safety culture for the area of responsibility

2) Establishes global BAT maintenance processes, methods and systems on plant level

3) Ensure the reliability and life cycle of production equipment & tools to an expected level by an optimum of operating costs

4) Drives the standardization & digitalization in the area of maintenance

5) Responsible for the deployment of the appropriate maintenance strategy, planning & execution

6) Ensure the integration of maintenance planning into the production planning processes (attend MPS, S&OP meetings)

7) Resources setup & planning

8) Manage the maintenance budget preparation & follow up

9) Responsible for a proper spare part management setup

10) Monitors maintenance performance & cost indicators to ensure improvements & savings

11) Manage maintenance prevention by ensuring a proper equipment maintainability, reliability and standard maintenance practices. Keep the feedback loop/lesson learned from plant to the engineering

 Profil requis:

-        Formation supérieure  ( Conception Mécanique) avec une expérience de plus de 10 ans  dans l’outillage automobile / aéronautique

        Experience en Greenfield

-        Forte autonomie en gestion des projets et management des équipes ;

-        Méthodique, rigoureux, discipliné ;
