Ensure the maintenance and manufacturing part
• Responsible for the successful implementation of new projects (Process "Make & Deliver"), engineering and process changes, in agreement with customers, to ensure and improve quality and delivery of products, at lowest cost
• Responsible for APQP practices, and other upfront engineering activities, to ensure good launches and disciplined engineering change performance
• Drives technology and process standardizations
• Verifies and initializes the implementation of technical innovations
• Responsible for critical process/product characteristics and BOM (Bill of Material)
• Develops competitive plant cost estimate and implementation through ECR system
• Drives continuous improvement through implementation of BOSLE principles and best practices
• Promotes a respectful work environment and recruits, develops and retains human resources to maintain a qualified, motivated and productive workforce. Leads by example and lives up mission, values and global leadership principles. Uses standard HR tools e.g. the appraisal process to provide regular feedback and agree upon tasks and goals with respective employees
• Enforces and follows safety procedures within the production organization, being attentive to unsafe behaviors or conditions, and taking necessary corrective actions
TOM:
- Ensures safety culture for the area of responsibility
- Process & equipment planning in A&Q/D&L and M&D phase
- Responsible for technical readiness of production equipment / process for successful R&R and launch
- Layout planning plant incl. overall material flow in conjunction with SCM
- Create and update MBOMs and supports routing activities
- Programming of equipment (Robots, …)
- Manages ECRs in regards to technical processes and equipment
- Participates & supports global expert and Marketal circles
- Supports project CIPs e.g. with MTM methods, best practice
- Ensures good work place organization in regards to ergonomics and productivity
- Supports packaging planning and integration in production processes
- Responsible for Continuous improvement of technical processes, e.g. cycle time, change over (SMED), root cause analysis, data analyse, bottle neck management
- Responsible for the implementation of standardized work and line balancing in cooperation with CIP
- Executes technical trainings for new and existing operator in the Training Center
- Administrates technical documentation for machinery and keep it up-to-date
- Plant responsible for BOS Compass Launch Chapters roadmap and results (part of Launch & Maintenance Pillar)
- Responsible CTM Production in D&L

10 à 15 années d’expériences réussies en Greenfield dans l’industrie automobile dans un poste similaire
