Pour notre client, équipementier automobile en plein développement , la qualité des produits constituent des enjeux majeurs vis-à-vis de ses partenaires et son image de marque .
A ce titre, et en tant que Quality Manager et membre du CODIR vous aurez pour missions principales
- Responsible to direct and coordinate the integrated quality system which is able to meet the needs of quality standards
• Responsible ensuring that continuous improvement was carried out in all production MEQ quality deliverables
• To be the primary contact person for clients' critical questions, key performances and quality measures, as well as other "Specific initiatives of clients"
• To ensure that the plant is successfully carrying out and applying world quality standards and that it is certified/BOS in accordance with ISO 9001, VDA 6.1, ISO / IATF 16949 etc.
• To work on the continuous improvement of Post S.O.P. for the development of suppliers and performance quality. This includes leading processes of MQR and corrective measures related to supplier issues
• To evaluate and approve Post S.O.P. PPAP from the supplier and to provide appropriate technical support to help the supplier overcome critical issues
• To implement internal quality standards and to guarantee compliance with them
• Making sure that all the identified questions concerning the quality of the product are solved by using company methods for problem solving (8D Report, Problem Solving Document "PSD", PCAD, Kepner - Tregoe etc.)
• To propose and/or prepare necessary corrective/ preventive activities, to track, check and release from corrective measures
To ensure that all the taken measures for quality are in accordance BOS, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards and specific customers' needs
Profile:
Engineer Diploma , Specific education and training in quality disciplines or équivalant
Work experience: Min 10 years of working experience in Automotive Industry
Professional knowledge/skills: - To be familiar with APQP, AIAG
Quality planning and Control Plan standard, FMEA, PPAP, Dimensional layouts, gage/fixture design and Performance/Material testing.
To have experience and to be familiar with quality systems in the production and with the activities of communicating with the clients.
To be familiar with standard quality systems Six Sigma Problem Solving process,
- Tregoe Problem Solving techniques, 8D problem solving techniques, PPSC, FMEA, plan control, DOE and SPC,
a certificate for completed formal/non-formal education for quality is a plus. -
Certified auditor training for ISO 9001 is a plus
