Pour notre client, équipementier automobile en plein développement à travers le monde et au Maroc , nous recherchons plusieurs profils :
Objective: Implements world quality systems/continuous improvement of quality of MEQ deliveries for the assigned plant
Main tasks/responsibilities:
To keep track of daily operations (activates) assuring that goals are met within the predicted time frames
- To follow the instructions provided by a direct manager, in accordance with the job description
- To analyze the reported defects/returns by the clients; to find solutions for the problems and defects in production and to propose appropriate corrective measures so that the solutions are realized effectively
- To prepare and maintain the plan for the control and complete products
- To follow effective usages of SPC in production and to evaluate results
- To prepare competency studies and revision of processes
- To prepare Gage studies (Gage R & R, Bias, linearity and stability) before the gage is approved for the testing of production or after a change of product (where applicable)
- Responsible the color/appearance of the approved process in certain parts
- To propose and support the continuous improvement of Operational Description Sheet (ODS)
- To ensure that all the taken measures for quality are in accordance with BOS,IATF16 949, ISO 9001 standards and specific customers' needs
- To use appropriate statistical tools and assure training for its team members on how to use statistical applications and techniques
- Responsible the implementation and the maintenance of the Warranty System
- Responsible the reporting about the Warranty Status without any interruptions
- To support the production department in the improvement of quality and the decrease of operational waste
- To propose improvements of work processes by constantly seeking options for securing the best results and achieving productivity and assuring that those processes are in accordance with the procedures, operational instructions and handling instructions
- To perform all the administrative tasks which arise in the workplace; for example, make reports every day, to enter data into appropriate information systems in accordance with the company's internal policies
- Responsible the daily coordination of the employees in the quality department (Quality Auditors/End Line Quality Inspectors) in order to ensure that the company goals are met in accordance with the customers' demands.
- Leads a team by: - Promoting high standards of behaviors and ensures that all team members understand and promote the standards
- Encourages team members with an aim of creating a high-performance culture, where suggestions for improvement are acceptable and welcome
- Monitors the performance of each team member and provides appropriate guidelines and feedback, where needed
- Plans and implements training and development programs for employees in his/her team - Ability to recognize, respond to customer expectations with sense of urgency and even increase expectations
- Assist LPA Audit - Assist 5S Audit - Assist requalification Audit
Profile:
University Degree Work experience:
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in related or equivalent position
- To be familiar with APQP, AIAG Quality planning and Control Plan standard, FMEA, PPAP, Dimensional layouts, gage/fixture design and Performance/Material testing
- To have experience and to be familiar with quality systems in the production and with the activities of communicating with the clients
- To be familiar with standard quality systems Six Sigma Problem Solving process, Quality Roadmap, Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving techniques, 8D problem solving techniques, PPSC, FMEA, plan control, DOE and SPC, a certificate for completed formal/non-formal education for quality is a plus.
Certified auditor training for ISO 9001 is a plus
