Production Manager
A ce titre, et en tant que Production Manager et membre du CODIR vous aurez pour
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan the short- and medium-term resource and present to the plant Manager the overall resulting forecast vs budget.
- Run the day-to-day business.
- Ensure the SOP Launch
- Ensure the respect of capacity study.
- Provide necessary needs for production.
- Ensure the optimal use of resources.
- Ensure the performance of different systems of production.
- Ensure the start and stop processes on time.
- Ensure a high level of Efficiency.
- Ensure establish principles of effective communication.
- Facilitating meetings and facilitate discussions.
- Study the feasibility and implementation of new projects based on product plans, product.
- specifications and parameters of the operation.
- Prepare reports on the performance of production systems.
- Lead Improvement activities in the sector.
- Follow up of segment RP!
- Strategy intern of project subcontracting.
- Make the performance monitoring and key Indicators.
- Compare the results against the objectives set.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards, hygiene and safety.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure industrialization and coordination of technical changes internally and in the subcontractors.

- Implement Quality Policy
Profile:
- Engineer Diploma, Specific education and training in quality disciplines or equivalent
- Work experience: Min 10 years of working experience in Automotive Industry
including 6–8 years in a similar role in automotive industry
- Strong leadership, planning, and budget management skills
